• Single Account: You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Financial Capacity: You must use only funds that you legally own and are entitled to use. Gambling with borrowed funds, funds obtained through illegal means, or funds that you cannot afford to lose is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use u888abc, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to provide your legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify u888abc if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices

u888abc is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.3 Account Verification

u888abc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe when requested. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

u888abc accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. u888abc does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

Deposits are typically credited to your u888abc account within 60 seconds for GCash and PayMaya, and within 30 minutes for bank transfers. If your deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by u888abc. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if verification documents have not been provided. Typical withdrawal processing times are:

• GCash: 15 minutes
• PayMaya: 15 minutes
• Bank Transfer: 1 hour

u888abc reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals or withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the terms of each bonus offer. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the game you are playing. u888abc uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by third-party game providers and are subject to the rules of those providers in addition to these Terms. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the round may be voided and bets returned to players. u888abc is not responsible for technical failures on the part of third-party game providers.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, u888abc reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. u888abc's decision in such matters is final and binding.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u888abc platform and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud u888abc or other players, including but not limited to the use of bots, automated software, exploits, or collusion with other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the u888abc platform to launder money or conduct any financial transactions that violate applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by individuals under the age of 21.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount.
• Abuse of Promotions: Exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including systematic bonus hunting or arbitrage betting.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to u888abc systems, other player accounts, or any part of the platform not intended for your use.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

u888abc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy
• Extended periods of account inactivity

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, u888abc reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activities. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u888abc, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes

u888abc provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Changes to These Terms

u888abc reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and u888abc with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
